Do you accept No-Fault Car Accident insurance?

Yes. Whether you are a driver, passenger, or pedestrian, at fault or not at fault, NY State law guarantees medical benefits when you are injured in a car accident. However, there is a deadline for applying for No-Fault insurance benefits after the accident (30 days). If you have not applied for No-Fault insurance benefits by filling out a NF2 form within 30 days after your accident, you will not be eligible for No-Fault insurance benefits.

Do you accept Worker’s Compensation insurance?

For most cases, yes. Please contact our office with your Worker’s Compensation insurance information so that we can verify your benefit.

Do you accept my health insurance?

Our office is not in network with any health insurance companies and we are not able to accept most HMO and EPO plans. We can accept most PPO plans. Please contact our office with your insurance information and we will verify your insurance.

Do you accept Medicaid?

We are not able to accept any Medicaid plans at this time.

Do you accept Medicare?

We accept regular Medicare. We are not able to accept any Advantage plans at this time. If you are not sure what kind of Medicare plan you have, please call our office with your Medicare card.

I don’t have health insurance.
Can I still come for treatment?

Yes. we have affordable fees for time-of-service discount. Since there is no expense of billing, collecting, and accounts receivable work, we can pass that savings along to you. However, we do not offer pre-payment discounts.
